Lauren's work with Dr. Segal combined with her lifelong interest in personality, the arts, holism and nature has led her to holistic psychology. Lauren’s intention is to integrate the arts, mindfulness practice, writing, filmmaking and photography, the values of volunteer service, and the principles of deep ecology and nature-based healing (ecotherapy) to her work as a therapist.
